MindAlert: Effective Techniques for Enhancing Brain Health

Education Seminar for Seniors. Robert Best holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Carroll University and a Master’s Degree in Public Service with a specialization in Gerontology from Marquette University. Robert has 40 years of experience working with older adults in a variety of settings, including assisted living, skilled nursing, senior apartments and community case management. He is currently the Executive Director of Clifton Court in Greendale. Robert is an adjunct professor of Social Gerontology and has published books and articles on aging issues and presented at conferences across the United States, including the American Society of Aging and National Council on Aging. Robert received advanced training on MindAlert Principles and techniques and has been offering brain Health programs for senior groups throughout the United States. His presentation will be followed by some fun filled mind stimulating exercises. We will have time for socialization, snacks and refreshments. You will leave feeling better after this event.
