DESCRIPTION:Pickleball is a low-impact sport that combines tennis\, badminton\, and ping-pong on a smaller court\, making it accessible for people of all ages and skill levels. If you’ve never played Pickleball we have good news! Come at 11:00AM (an hour prior to game-time) to attend “Camp Carl” in honor of WOW’s late-pickleball founder\, Carl Fisher\, to focus on familiarizing newbies with the rules and techniques of the game as well as give experienced players a chance to brush-up on their skills! Regular play will begin at 12:00 Noon. Bring your own pickleball paddle along with outdoor pickleballs\, a water bottle\, sunscreen and lawn chair if you have them. Registration deadline is the Monday prior to the Pizza Night. \n\nPLEASE NOTE – It is extremely important for the host to be able to know exacctly how many will be attending each Pizza Night event so that they can order the proper number of pizzas with the kitchen staff. Please be aware that we are charged for no-shows – For this reason\, a $10 sanction will be assessed on those who NEGLECT TO NOTIFY the Hosts after they signed up but then can’t attend.
