DESCRIPTION:Our goal is to get outside\, get a little exercise and have fun doing it! We will be riding along the Glacial Drumlin Trail\, approximately 16-18 miles round trip. Bike at your own pace and distance. No need to sign up. Many times we stop for lunch along the ride route or afterward. SUMMARY:Pickleball
DESCRIPTION:Pickleball is a low-impact sport that combines tennis\, badminton\, and ping-pong on a smaller court\, making it accessible for people of all ages and skill levels. If you’ve never played Pickleball we have good news! Come at 11:00AM (an hour prior to game-time) to attend “Camp Carl” in honor of WOW’s late-pickleball founder\, Carl Fisher\, to focus on familiarizing newbies with the rules and techniques of the game as well as give experienced players a chance to brush-up on their skills! Regular play will begin at 12:00 Noon. Bring your own pickleball paddle along with outdoor pickleballs\, a water bottle\, sunscreen and lawn chair if you have them. There will be some outdoor pickleballs on hand. Happens every Wednesday from May to mid-October\, weather permitting. Contact event organizer with any questions. In case of inclement weather\, check email notifications and/or the website for updates.
